Shipping & Delivery
Our primary shipping carrier is FedEx International Priority, and their price is calculated automatically via the checkout function on our website. FedEx shipping service offers F2H Store special discount on shipping rates worldwide because of the long-term good relationship between us. Many of our international customers, however, have us use their own DHL, FedEx, TNT or UPS account number. In this case, the customer can simply select the Freight Collect Shipping Method/Self Express Account (including express account number and shipping carrier), and we will quickly process the order.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before item’s arrival at your customs location

Returns & Replacements
We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee. Most items can be returned within 60 days of receiving the item. Within 60 days of receiving the items, if you are not 100% satisfied with the item, you may return it for exchange or full refund (excluding shipping charges). If your return is a result of our error we will also refund your shipping charge.
Returns must be accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. To receive a RMA, please email us.
All returns must be in new, resalable condition and in original unmodified packaging. Custom orders can not be returned when they function properly. Custom Orders mean the manufacturing according to client’s detailed requirement.
